Meet Our Team
MindSculpt Recovery was built by two people who know the weight of addiction and incarceration from the inside. That lived truth is the foundation of everything we do.
"The cure for addiction is purpose."Who We Are
The addiction treatment landscape is full of clinical expertise. What it consistently lacks is authentic, ground-level understanding that only comes from having lived through the systems clients face every day. At MindSculpt, both founders bring that understanding, paired with the professional training to act on it.
Brandon Boyd — Co-Founder
"My clients don’t need another lecture about what they already know. They need someone who understands, who won’t judge, and who has the training and vision to help them build something new."
Brandon’s journey with opioid use disorder touched every part of his life. After years navigating addiction, cycling through treatment programs, and facing incarceration, he found lasting recovery through medical intervention with the Naltrexone implant and, most critically, the discovery of purpose. That turning point became the foundation of everything he does today.
As a Certified Peer Support Specialist with an AAS in Addictions and Substance Use Disorders from Rio Salado College, Brandon understands recovery from both sides: the personal reality and the clinical science. He works with individuals reentering society after incarceration through specialized programs including an Opioid Education Class covering addiction biology, hedonic set point theory, MAT options, and overdose response; a Confidence and Leadership Course focused on decision-making and self-efficacy; and the S.M.I.L.E. Program (Strategies for Managing Interpersonal Life Effectively), which targets the relationship challenges that can make or break reentry. He also facilitates eight-week employment readiness programs, because sustainable recovery includes the dignity of meaningful work.

Drew Fleming — Co-Founder
"I can walk into a room with a newly released individual and communicate something no clinical credential can: that lasting recovery is possible, that it requires purpose, and that someone in that room has already proven it."
Drew is a justice-impacted leader with over 12 years of incarceration behind him and a lifetime navigating addiction, reentry, mental health, and trauma. He does not speak about the recovery journey from the outside. He has taken every step of it. That lived foundation is what creates the trust required for real change, and trust is where every breakthrough begins.
Drew pairs that experience with more than a decade of direct professional work across the full behavioral health and recovery ecosystem. From mobile field-based case management with Community Bridges’ F-ACT II team, to Medicaid member advocacy at Banner Health Plans, to peer facilitation and curriculum design at The Second Chance Center, he has operated at every level of the systems his clients must navigate. Certified as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist, Behavioral Health Technician, and in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), Drew also brings his passion for fitness, yoga, meditation, and sound healing into every program, integrating the holistic modalities that were central to his own recovery. As founder of Hype & Hustle Motivational Speaking, he delivers high-impact keynotes across Arizona that activate participation and shift mindsets.
afleming2027@gmail.comWhat We Believe
"Sustainable recovery is built on purpose, identity, and a deep connection to something larger than the substance that once defined daily life."
Together, Brandon and Drew offer what the recovery industry rarely delivers: a partnership that honors both where you have been and where you are capable of going. Their clients are not case numbers. They are people in the middle of becoming something new, and MindSculpt is built to walk that road alongside them.
