Concierge Recovery & Purpose Development

The Cure for Addiction
is Purpose.

MindSculpt Recovery delivers concierge, 1-on-1 recovery coaching that doesn't just help you stop, it helps you build something worth staying sober for.

"Sobriety is the starting line, not the finish."

Who We Are

Two Guides Who Have Taken Every Step

The addiction treatment landscape is full of clinical expertise. What it consistently lacks is authentic, ground-level understanding that only comes from having lived through the systems clients face every day. At MindSculpt, both founders bring that understanding, paired with the professional training to act on it.

Co-Founder & Certified Peer Support Specialist

"My clients don’t need another lecture about what they already know. They need someone who understands, who won’t judge, and who has the training and vision to help them build something new."

Brandon Boyd knows recovery from the inside out, not from a textbook, but from over two decades of lived experience navigating opioid use disorder. His path to lasting sobriety came through a combination of medical intervention, including the Naltrexone implant, and something that no facility ever offered him: a genuine sense of purpose. That discovery became the foundation of everything he does today.
Brandon holds a degree in Addictions and Substance Use Disorders and is a Certified Peer Support Specialist. His credentials reflect a deliberate commitment to understanding addiction from both the clinical and personal dimensions, because he believes the most effective recovery support happens at the intersection of lived experience and evidence-informed practice. Over the course of his career, Brandon has developed and facilitated several specialized programs that reflect his understanding of what actually moves the needle in recovery. His Opioid Education Class walks participants through the biology of addiction, hedonic set point theory, medication-assisted treatment options, Narcan administration, and overdose response. His Confidence and Leadership Course helps people reconnect with their own strengths and rebuild the decision-making capacity that addiction erodes. The S.M.I.L.E. Program (Strategies for Managing Interpersonal Life Effectively) addresses relationship rebuilding and the social dynamics that often determine whether someone thrives after treatment or returns to old patterns. He also oversees an eight-week employment readiness curriculum covering resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategy, because sustainable recovery includes economic dignity and the grounding that comes from meaningful work. Brandon's clinical approach integrates motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and individualized recovery planning delivered with the kind of genuine understanding that only comes from having been there. His clients aren't handed a program designed for someone else. They receive a partnership built around their specific life, goals, and strengths. At MindSculpt Recovery, Brandon's guiding belief is simple: recovery isn't just about removing substances, it's about building confidence, discovering purpose, and reconnecting with community. He is committed to ethical practice, confidentiality, and treating every person with the dignity and respect they deserve.

Drew Fleming
Co-Founder & Certified Recovery Support Specialist

"I can walk into a room with any individual and communicate something no clinical credential can: that lasting recovery is possible, that it requires purpose, and that I'm living proof."

Drew Fleming doesn't speak about the recovery journey from the outside. He has taken every step of it. With over 25 years of navigating addiction, reentry, mental health, and trauma, Drew brings the kind of foundational credibility that cannot be taught in a classroom or earned through a credential alone.
That lived understanding is what creates the trust required for real change...and trust is where every breakthrough begins. That foundation is matched by more than a decade of direct professional work spanning the full behavioral health and recovery ecosystem. As a mobile field-based case manager with Community Bridges' F-ACT II team, he delivered boots-on-the-ground support to individuals in their most vulnerable moments. As a Medicaid Member Advocate at Banner Health Plans, he operated inside the administrative systems that so often become barriers to care learning how to navigate them on behalf of the people who need them most. As a peer facilitator and curriculum designer at The Second Chance Center, he helped build the programs and pathways that give people structure when they need it most. Drew holds certifications as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist and Behavioral Health Technician, and is trained in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). His academic foundation is a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Dayton: a discipline rooted in understanding how systems, communities, and identities shape human behavior and outcomes. Recovery, in Drew's experience, is not only emotional and clinical work, it is physical, spiritual, and somatic. His personal practice in fitness, yoga, meditation, and sound healing is woven directly into his coaching, bringing holistic modalities into programs that most behavioral health providers never think to include. These were not additions to his recovery. They were central to it. As founder of Hype & Hustle Motivational Speaking, Drew delivers high-impact keynotes across Arizona that move audiences from passive listeners to active participants, shifting mindsets and activating the internal momentum that lasting change requires. At MindSculpt Recovery, Drew brings all of it: the years, the credentials, the systems knowledge, and the wholeness of someone who has rebuilt himself from the ground up. His clients don't just receive guidance, they receive proof that it's possible.
